50% ZDEC (HF) Dispersion
General Description
50% ZDEC (HF) Dispersion is characterised as a very fast curing & low temperature curing accelerator for use in both Natural and Synthetic latex compounding, with loading levels for sole use being typically 1.0-1.5 parts per hundred dry rubber. It is commonly used of all the latex accelerators, usually in conjunction with similar amounts of ZDBC or ZMBT as synergistically boosted cure system, with ZDEC loading levels now in the region 0.4-1.0phr.
