General Description

40% ZBED dispersion is characterised as very fast primary or secondary (ultra) accelerator for use iin both Natural and Synthetic latex compounding, with loading levels for sole use being typically 1.00-1.50 parts per hundred dry rubber. It can be used in combination with sulfenamides at the 0.5-1.5phr level. ZBED has been developed as a safe secondary amine dithiocarbamate. N-Nitrosodibenzylamine is not carcinogenic according to published literature.
