Aquaspersions Malaysia has built up an enviable reputation for product quality over 3 decades, with the emphasis on giving our customers reproducibility and reliability. Simply put, our products will perform exactly the same from day to day and month to month as long as they are handled correctly and within their shelf-life. We lead the way in performance because we are devoted to innovation in all our markets. Over 20% of our staff are qualified technologists (Chemists, Engineers & Polymer Scientists) and this shows in the control we have over our processes and the benefits our new products bring to our customers.
Glove Manufacture
A major reason Aquaspersions set up the Malaysian Company in 1992 was anticipated growth of Glove Manufacturing in S.E. Asia and in particular Malaysia and Southern Thailand. The Glove Industry has grown to an extraordinary extent since then, with Malaysia today producing two thirds of the world’s rubber glove demand. Aquaspersions Malaysia has also grown during that time to meet the demands of the Industry. Our most popular product for the Glove Industry is Composite Dispersion, of which we have many different formulations, specially designed to provide all functional additives together in one convenient to use package in the correct ratios for the customer processes and products.

Synthetic Latex Manufacture
Aquaspersions Malaysia’s water-based antioxidant emulsions and dispersions lead the way in the Asia Pacific Region in terms of product range, quality and performance in synthetic latex applications, in particular NBR latex for dipping applications (eg. glove). We have decades of experience and know-how in water-based antioxidants and continuously update and improve this product range through active R&D which takes account of ever-changing customer and industry needs.
